About us
Perched high in the peaceful hills of Mount View, Bimbadeen Estate offers boutique vineyard accommodation across six private studio villas — each designed to capture sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Hunter Valley.
While you enjoy the sense of seclusion, you’re only minutes from some of the region’s most celebrated destinations — including the award-winning Bistro Molines and iconic cellar doors such as Carillon Wines and Briar Ridge. At Bimbadeen, you get the best of both worlds: total relaxation with world-class food and wine just moments away.
Spend your days unwinding in the pool, looking across the sweeping valley views from the BBQ area, exploring local wineries or simply enjoying the peace of your private deck. In the evenings, savour a complimentary bottle of local wine as the sun sets over the hills and the Hunter Valley slows into night.
The Villas
Bimbadeen Estate features six self-contained studio villas, each thoughtfully designed to capture the tranquillity and sweeping views of the Hunter Valley. Villas 5 and 6 are wheelchair accessible and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Each villa includes:
- Queen bed
- Private spa bath
- Indoor fireplace
- Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle)
- Ninja BBQ and grill for alfresco dining
- Smart TV
- Starlink Wi-Fi
- Private balcony overlooking one of the best views in the Hunter Valley
Guest capacity:
Villas 5 and 6 accommodate up to 4 guests, with a queen bed and queen sofa bed

“Great stay”
We had a great stay. The hot tub in the bathroom was amazing with the beautiful view as we watched the sunset. we loved having our own private balcony to have our morning coffee and enjoyed sitting by the gas fireplace to drink some wine in the evening.
